The website at guestbay.app (the Website) is operated by Ontiqo Pty Ltd (ACN 701 340 418) of Daylesford, Victoria, Australia (Ontiqo). By using the Website you accept these terms.

2. The application

The Website provides information about Guestbay. It is not an offer to supply. Guestbay is supplied through the Microsoft Store under the licence terms presented there, which prevail over the Website.

3. Third-party software and systems

Guestbay includes QEMU and other open-source software under their own licences, listed on the open-source page. Operating systems installed in virtual machines are supplied by their publishers under their own licences. QEMU is a trademark of Fabrice Bellard; Guestbay is not affiliated with the QEMU project.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, including text, images, logos and product names, is owned by Ontiqo or used under licence. You may view, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own, or use it to suggest an association with Ontiqo that does not exist.

5. Third-party websites

The Website links to third-party websites, including the Microsoft Store and operating system publishers. Ontiqo is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

6. Availability and liability

The Website is provided as is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Ontiqo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
